Thanks Wim. Appreciate the feedback. It’s definitely a WIP model. And again, it’s something our team finds works particularly well. For me, job stories, the JTBD fraemwork and the supporting elements of our UX/product dev process, are a “sum is greater than the parts” situation. The value of monitoring and constantly optimising our approach is what keeps us moving forward. Having said that, I’m not re-introducing user stories any time soon ;)
