My understanding is that (generally speaking) high meat consumption is strongly associated with many of our leading disablers and killers (we could get into the nuance of this, but I'll keep it simple for the purpose of this point). There's also pretty strong data from RCTs that shows the more plant protein we eat, the better health outcomes (again, lots to qualify here, but keeping this brief). Is Vow placing emphasis on its ability to improve the fundamentals of its products (i.e. remove/reduce trans fats, reduce/replace saturated fats, somehow tackling seemingly problematic compounds like Neu5Gc etc.)? Would love to understand this. I ask mostly because the way you've phrased this statements seems overwhelmingly positive (i.e. meat is amazing), when the picture is perhaps far more complex...
