Loic, I haven’t limited myself to only one meal (I’m conscious of caloric defecit whilst maintainting a positive nitrogen balance — really hard to fit that much protein into one meal if you’re achieving muscle depletion daily in the gym…), but have limited my eating window to about 6 hours per day.
I’ve actually found it’s had an immense impact on certain digestive issues, which was pleasantly surprising.
I’m only a few weeks into doing this seriously. Hopefully the good news will continue to follow.
