Hi Rahul Desai, I think there’s definitely an opportunity to do that. From our side, we tend to look at a visual mechanim that is kind of like a user journey/customer journey map, but really focuses on the situational context or JTBD. We call this a “JTBD Journey” internally, but I don’t know if that’s really a thing, or just something we’ve made up because we find it resonates strongly with us… If you’ve got any further ideas, it’d be great to hear them.
