Hey mate, great to see examples (particularly the PFM one). Would be brilliant if the companies highlighted also share their thoughts on this approach. Understanding their strategic perspective, how this impacts proposition design, revenue generating activities etc. would be invaluable.

It’s hard for most brands to come to terms with the fact some external thing (ie Digi.me) is entering the value chain. Many orgs still think about “owning the customer relationship.” Of course we know this is outdated thinking. But it’s a barrier to progress.

The more unique value propositions we see developed as a result of people becoming the centre of their data ecosystem, the greater likelihood others will follow.
