Guys, I’ve read this before and just came back to it recently. I’m wondering if you managed to extract any specific insights from your research that relate to the FTE vs. Contract Vs. Agency hiring scenario? If so, did you learn antyhing you felt was specifically valuable about the situational context, hueristics, the motivation and/or factors of influence that guide a hiring manager to make the decision between FTE vs. Contract Vs. Agency?
