Awesome article Brandon Chu. Here’s a question: How do you (if you do) manage research and customer value validation prior to cutting code? By that I mean, will you ever frame an inference/hypothesis, have a few UX’ers convert the hypotheses into some form of design output, use something like InVision (or Unbounce if your testing value proposition as an e.g.) to test, then take insights into the PM function from there?
Would love to hear how these functions/activities work alongside core PM strategy and execution work.
